In connection with the visited website spiritualna.si (hereinafter: the online store) and the purchase of products, the following applies:

Introductory Definitions

General Terms and Conditions of the online store spiritualna.si (hereinafter: General Terms):
These General Terms govern the conclusion of distance contracts with consumers via the internet. In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the Electronic Commerce Market Act, and the Electronic Communications Act, this constitutes an information society service and requires that the information contained herein be provided to users.

  • Visitor: A person who visits or navigates the online store and its pages.

  • Registered user: A visitor who enters the required data, clicks the “Register” button, agrees to these General Terms, and creates a user account in accordance with the section “User Account Registration.”

  • User: A visitor or registered user of the online store.

  • Customer: A user who successfully completes a purchase in the online store.

  • Purchase: The conclusion of a distance contract for selected products by submitting an online order at the published price and under the terms valid at the time of ordering.

Validity of the General Terms

These General Terms define the operation of the online store, the rights and obligations of users/customers toward the company, and regulate the business relationship between the company and the customer. Customers are kindly asked to carefully read these provisions before making any purchase.

Only the latest version of the General Terms valid at the time of purchase binds the customer. Completed purchases are assessed according to the terms valid at the time of purchase.

Customers must expressly confirm their agreement with the valid General Terms during checkout (by ticking “I agree with the General Terms”).

Customers may at any time request the version of the General Terms that applied at the time of their purchase. The company will provide them free of charge on a durable medium. These General Terms constitute the contract between the customer and the company.

These General Terms do not regulate personal data protection or cookie usage and do not provide information under Article 13 of the GDPR.

Changes to the General Terms

The company reserves the right to amend these General Terms in the event of additional services, technologies, new circumstances, or other justified reasons.

Users will be informed through usual electronic communication channels or via notice on the website. Only the currently valid General Terms will always be published on the online store.

Mandatory Information Provided Before Purchase

Before purchase, the company always provides:

  • Company identity data (name, address, registration and tax number).

  • Contact information (email address listed above).

  • Essential characteristics of products/services (written and graphic description with each product).

  • Availability of products/services (shown with each product).

  • Final prices including taxes and other charges (displayed with product and at checkout).

  • Delivery method, place, conditions, costs, and delivery time (selected at checkout).

  • Available payment methods (shown during checkout).

  • Payment conditions (shown during checkout).

  • Duration of offer validity (see section “Product Prices and Delivery Costs”).

  • Right of withdrawal and conditions (see section “Withdrawal from Order/Contract”).

The company also provides:

  • Information about material defects and legal rights (see relevant sections).

  • Complaint procedure explanation and contact details.

  • Clarification that complaint support applies only to purchases made on this website.

  • Information about out-of-court dispute resolution.

Liability for Website Operation

The company strives to ensure uninterrupted and secure access but is not liable for interruptions or inability to access the website due to external factors.

Access is free of charge, but users bear their own communication costs (internet, electricity, mobile data, etc.).

User Account Registration

Purchases can be made without registration.

To register, a visitor enters an email and password and clicks “Login,” thereby agreeing to these General Terms.

Users guarantee that all provided data is accurate. The company may terminate accounts if false data is provided.

Users are solely responsible for account security and must notify the company immediately in case of misuse.

Minors and Persons with Limited Legal Capacity

The company does not accept orders from persons under 18 or persons with limited legal capacity without explicit consent of legal representatives.

If the company later determines it processes data of a minor without consent, it will delete such data.

Parents/guardians may request deletion of data via spiritualna.si@gmail.com.

Purchase Process

The purchase is completed by:

  1. Visiting the website.

  2. Selecting a product.

  3. Choosing quantity.

  4. Clicking “Add to cart.”

  5. Reviewing cart and proceeding to checkout.

  6. Entering required data.

  7. Choosing payment and delivery method.

  8. Reviewing order details and confirming agreement with the General Terms.

  9. Clicking “Complete purchase.”

By clicking “Complete purchase,” the contract is concluded.

Order Confirmation

After submitting the order, the customer receives confirmation via email including:

  • Order summary and number

  • Status

  • Itemized pricing

  • Information on right of withdrawal

If delivery time differs from stated time, the customer may withdraw without consequences.

Invoice

The company provides a printed invoice with delivery or via email in certain cases. Customers must verify accuracy before order submission.

Payment Methods

  • Bank transfer (within 3 days)

  • Stripe (Maestro, Mastercard, Visa)

  • PayPal

Products are dispatched once payment is received.

Delivery

The company selects delivery services at its discretion.

Shipping is performed on working days for orders placed before 12:00.

Delivery times are indicative. The company is not liable for delays caused by delivery services or force majeure.

Prices and Shipping Costs

  • Prices are in EUR and exclude VAT.

  • Shipping within Slovenia: €5.50 for purchases under €69.

  • Free shipping over €69.

EU Shipping:
€19 for purchases under €199; free above €199.

Worldwide Shipping:
€29 for purchases under €299; free above €299.
Customer bears customs costs.

Discounts and Promotional Codes

Promo codes and vouchers are entered during checkout.

Discounts do not combine with each other but may combine with product discounts.

Codes cannot be exchanged for cash.

Special Product Labels

  • “New” – available minimum 14 days, maximum 3 months.

  • “Discount” / “Sale” – significantly reduced price.

  • “Out of stock” – unavailable.

  • “Pre-order” – available for advance purchase with indicated delivery date.

Right of Withdrawal (Consumers Only)

Consumers may withdraw within 14 days of receiving goods without stating reasons.

Notice must be sent to spiritualna.si@gmail.com.

Products must be returned within 14 days at the customer's expense.

No withdrawal right applies to:

  • Custom-made products

  • Perishable goods

  • Fully performed services (with prior consent)

  • Market price–dependent goods

  • Inseparably mixed goods

Refunds are processed within 14 days using the same payment method.

Material Defects

A product has a material defect if it:

  • Lacks necessary characteristics for normal use

  • Lacks agreed or prescribed characteristics

  • Does not match sample/model

Customers may demand:

  • Repair

  • Replacement

  • Partial refund

  • Full refund

Complaints must be sent to spiritualna.si@gmail.com with proof of purchase.

The company responds within 8 days.

Complaints and Dispute Resolution

The company confirms receipt of complaints within 5 working days and informs about procedure within 8 days.

Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent court in Novo mesto, Slovenia.

Slovenian law applies.

Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution

The company does not recognize any specific ADR provider.

It provides a link to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.

“Use your mind, request a receipt”

The company must issue and provide an invoice for goods or services supplied.

Entry into Force

These General Terms enter into force on September 20, 2025.
