Gua Sha - Jade

 What is Gua Sha?
 Gua Sha is an ancient technique originating from Chinese medicine. It is used to promote better circulation and healing, and to remove toxins from the body.
 It is used on the face. The crystal is used to massage the facial tissue, thereby promoting better circulation, improving lymphatic flow, releasing tension, and promoting healing.

 Instructions for use:

 
 First cleanse your new Gua Sha with Palo Santo or Sage. Handle it carefully as it is very slippery and can easily slip out of your hand. Intend for it to provide maximum support and energy to you.
 
 Then clean the Gua Sha under warm water with a suitable but non-aggressive cleaner, such as dishwashing detergent (Warning: Gua Sha can become very slippery, so care must be taken to avoid breaking it),
 
 After cleansing, hold the Gua Sha under cold water for a while for a relaxing, cooling effect.
 
 You can apply a nourishing oil to your cleansed face,
 
 Massage your face using gentle pressure and the movements presented below.


 Notes:

 
 The movements should always go from the inside of the face to the outside.
 
 Place the Gua Sha on your face at about a 45 degree angle.
