1. You can choose between the following crystals:

Instructions for use:
- Fill the bathtub with warm water (36–38 °C)
- Add a few pinches of bath salts and stir until fully dissolved

- While soaking, practice deep breathing (4 seconds inhale, 8 seconds exhale) to further calm the nervous system
