First, cleanse your new Gua Sha with the included Palo Santo. Handle it carefully, as it is very slippery and can easily slip from your hand. Set the intention that it will fully support you and your energy.
 
 
Then clean it under warm water with a mild detergent (e.g., dish soap). (Warning: it can become very slippery, so handle with care to avoid breaking it.)
 
 
After cleaning, hold it under cold water for a cooling, relaxing effect.
 
 
Apply a facial oil to cleansed skin.
 
 
Gently massage your face using light pressure and the movements shown below.
